For example: I used to open my laptop in the morning with my mind on autopilot without a thought, to read the news. That would distract me for 30+ minutes. I would do this 2 or 3 times a day. So I wasted 1-2 hours a day reading some sensationalized crap that is called "news" but most often it is clickbait garbage.
